12 egg yolks
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. cream, whipped
1 gal. milk
12 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla. Add cream (whipped) to ingredients along with milk, top with nutmeg. If the egg nog doesn't taste like you want it, add whatever you feel it needs.
