CHOCOLATE PECAN FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) box confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Place butter in 2 quart glass casserole. Microwave on high setting (100% power) for 1 minute or until melted. Add powdered sugar, cocoa and milk, blending well. Microwave at high setting 2 minutes. Stir chocolate mixture with spoon until smooth. Add marshmallows, pecans and vanilla, stirring until marshmallows are melted and blended into chocolate mixture. Pour into buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into 1 inch squares. Makes 1 3/4 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
