1 sm. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 pkg. instant pudding, whatever flavor you choose
1 c. cold milk
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients. Let chill about 1 hour. Recipe will ice 1 layer cake or 24 cupcakes.
