BEEF AND BEANS 
3 1/2 lb. roast
2 1/2 c. pinto beans (dried)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper

Put roast in slow cooker and add everything around it. Cover. Cook at 250°F for 10 to 12 hours.
