SPAGHETTI PIE 
1. 1/2 c. Swiss, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese
2. 1. egg, slightly beaten
3. 1 lb. ground beef
4. 1 tsp. basil
5. 1 c. chopped onion
6. 1 med. clove garlic, minced
7. 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
8. 1 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
9. 3 c. cooked spaghetti

Brown and drain the ground beef, basil, onion and garlic. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Blend in sauce.

Mix spaghetti with egg and 1 cup of cheese. Line bottom and sides of 10 inch pie plate. Put cottage cheese in spaghetti lined plate. Cover with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
