MONKEY BREAD 
1-2 loaves frozen bread dough (thawed but not risen) or kneaded dough from scratch
1-2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. sugar mixed with enough cinnamon to taste/color

Tear off pieces of bread 1-2 inches in diameter; roll in butter, then in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place in greased angel cake or Bundt pan, layer-style. Pour any extra butter and sugar mix over top. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour (until golden brown). Invert onto plate when done.
