TOMATO CUPS | |
Tomatoes (1 for each serving) Salt FILLING: Potat o salad Tuna salad Cottage cheese Chicken salad Ham or turkey Cut out stems of chilled tomatoes. Cut each tomato into sixths, cutting to within 1/2 inch of bottom. Carefully spread out sections. Sprinkle inside of each tomato with salt and fill. (Carney's Point) |
