CROCKPOT CINNAMON BREAD | |
1 round loaf bread 1/2 cup natures balance spread (you may substitute w/your butter of choice) 1/2 cup cinnamon 1/2 cup sugar Icing: 1 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 cup margarine/butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring Spray crockpot thoroughly with Pam. Cut bread horizontally and vertically halfway down through loaf. Place loaf in crockpot. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted margarine/butter over loaf. Mix sugar and cinnamon thoroughly and sprinkle on loaf. Cover crockpot and cook on low setting for 25 minutes. Remove from crockpot and let cool. While bread is cooling, prepare icing. Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup margarine/butter, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring until smooth. After loaf has cooled, cover with icing or glaze of your choice. Submitted by: lin |
