SPINACH SALAD 
1 lg. bag fresh spinach
6 slices bacon, crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
6 oz. bean sprouts
6 green onions, sliced
8 oz. sliced mushrooms

Wash spinach, tear leaves into bite size pieces. Toss in rest of ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. sugar

Shake well and pour onto salad just before dinner. Toss well.
