EASY RHUBARB PUDDING 
4 c. rhubarb slices
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or cherry gelatin
2 c. yellow or white cake mix (dry)
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
5 tbsp. butter, melted

Grease a 6"x10" pan. Layer ingredients in this order: rhubarb, sugar, gelatin (added dry), cake mix (added dry), butter and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
