SPAGHETTI FLORENTINE 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Mix sauce and spaghetti. Mix well. Mix cottage cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese well. Place 1/2 of spaghetti in 10 x 6 inch pan. Cover with spinach. Cover the above with cottage cheese mixture. Add 1/2 of Mozzarella. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture. Top with 1/4 inch strips of remaining Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
