EASY WALNUT CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 carton sour cream
1 can toasted coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter. Add sugar and one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, soda, and salt together; add alternately with sour cream. Add coconut and walnuts; bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for one hour and fifty minutes or until done.
