SAUSAGE BREAD | |
2 lbs. Owens sausage 1 chopped onion 1 c. green olives 1/2 c. black olives 3/4 c. chopped pepper 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 3 loaves frozen bread dough Cook the sausage until it is brown (about 3 minutes). Add the onions and cook for about 3 more minutes. Add the olives and pepper. Remove the grease from the meat and put some grease on a board to spread and stretch the dough. Dough should be approximately 12 x 14 inches. Put meat mixture down the middle of the dough and sprinkle the cheese on top. Fold the dough over and cook with the seams down. Grease your pans and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. |
