TUNA TWIST SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
Dash of pepper
6 oz. cooked rotini
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper
1 tbsp. dried dill

Cook rotini. Mix vinegar and mayonnaise to make a sauce. Mix all other ingredients, add vinegar/mayonnaise sauce. Serve cold.
