PEACH JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 c. hot water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (3 oz.) peach Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained, reserving 1/2 c. juice

1ST LAYER: Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add ice cream, blend well. Put in refrigerator until completely set.

2ND LAYER: Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add peaches and juice. Pour over the first layer. Put in refrigerator until completely set.
