CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 c. apples, diced
1/3 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve Jello in water. Add juice and sauce. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in apples and pecans. Pour into 4 cup mold and chill until firm. Can be doubled but use only 1 cup pineapple juice. This is delicious with turkey.
