RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding, instant
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. cold water
4 eggs
1/2 c. light rum

GLAZE:

1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. rum

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease and flour bundt or 10" tube pan. Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Bake 1 hour. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Cool cake additional 1 hour. Spoon glaze over cake and sides. Let set at least 5 hours.

GLAZE: Melt butter, add water and sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Add rum, continue cooking 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
