CRISPY CHICKEN BAKE FOR 6 
7 c. corn flakes, crushed (1 3/4 c.)
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken pieces, rinsed and dried
3 tbsp. butter

Grease or foil-line a shallow baking pan. In small bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Dip chicken in this batter. Coat with crushed corn flakes. Place in single layer, skin side up, in prepared pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender uncovered. DO NOT turn chicken while baking.
