CRUNCHY CHEESY CHICKEN 
6 oz. sour cream
4 to 6 chicken breasts
3/4 box of cheese nips, crushed
Butter

Grease baking dish. Generously coat chicken breasts with sour cream and then roll in crushed cheese nips making a thick coating. Dab chicken with butter. Pepper to taste. Use extra crushed cheese nips by mixing with remaining sour cream and roll into small meatballs place to cook in baking dish with chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes until brown.
