6-WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
8 c. (10 oz. box) Raisin Brand
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil

Combine and mix well Raisin Brand, flour, sugar, and baking soda. Add buttermilk, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vegetable oil. Stir until well blended. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use. Batter will keep for 6 weeks.

When ready to bake, fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
