1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3 generously. Beat all ingredients with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan. Bake 55 to 65 minutes. Insert wooden toothpick in center comes out clean (done). Remove from pan.
