Easy Grape Juice

I love this easy method. What I discovered works even better and is still easy, is to prepare the water/ sugar solution first. Use what ever water/sugar ratio you want, I use 1 cup sugar to 2 cups water, so more or less as desired. Boil a large pot of measured water, add the sugar to desolve and then solution this is ready to pour into your jars over the grapes. Then process as mentioned above. My sugar didn't always totally dissolve with the other method. I'll be picking grapes tonight and canning tomorrow. Thanks for you help.

I have made grape juice this way for years. It made me a little nervous the first time (just putting the whole grapes in). I use Concord grapes which have not been sprayed with anything - ever . I would like to know much anti- oxidants it contains this way, considering the grape seeds and skin -- At any rate - it is the best tasting grape juice ever!!
