FROSTED CHOCOLATE CONECAKES | |
10 flat bottom ice cream cones 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. water 2 eggs 3 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. In a saucepan, mix butter, water and cocoa. Stir and heat until butter is completely melted. Remove from heat and combine with flour mixture. Mix until well blended. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat 1 or 2 minutes. Pour into ice cream cones leaving 1" at top. Place in muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with your favorite frostings and sprinkles. |
