SAUSAGE GRITS | |
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained 3 c. hot cooked grits 2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. butter 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. milk Pimento strips (optional) Spoon sausage into greased dish. Combine grits, cheese and butter until cheese melts. Blend eggs and milk; stir into grits. Pour over sausage and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with pimento. 15 servings. |
