EASY PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 lg. can peaches

Melt butter in cake pan. Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth. Pour flour mixture over butter. Spoon peaches and juice on top of flour mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

You can use blackberries, cherries or strawberries in place of the peaches. You will need to add sugar and water to the berries. They need to have about 2 cups of juice.
