DEEP DISH SPINACH PIE | |
1 c. shredded Mozzarella 1 c. shredded Swiss 1 pt. Ricotta 5 eggs 1 tsp. each salt and nutmeg 3/4 lb. Italian sausage 12 oz. to 1 lb. chopped pastrami 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach Remove skin from sausage. Chop and cook. Mix all remaining ingredients except pastrami. Pour half into greased square casserole pan. Cover with all the chopped pastrami. Cover with remaining sausage mixture. |
