CHICKEN & CORKSCREW MACARONI 
2 c. (6 oz.) corkscrew macaroni
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
10 oz. cooked & chopped chicken
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Cook macaroni. Cut up tomatoes. In large saucepan stir together undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green peppers, sugar and oregano. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain macaroni. Add macaroni and chicken to tomato sauce. Heat through. Just before serving add shredded cheese. Serves 4.
