DILLY DIP SPREAD 
2 tbsp. fresh dill
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. butter
4 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt

In blender or food processor, mince fresh herbs. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and butter, which have been brought to room temperature. Blend, then add the rest of ingredients.

Chill for several hours. Great as a vegetable dip or as a sandwich spread. Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
