PINEAPPLE BANANA LOAF 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. coconut

Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Makes 7 mini loaves.
