GRACE'S MOIST APPLE RING 
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

In blender container, blend pie filling until smooth. In large bowl, combine pie filling, dry cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil; blend well. Add nuts. Pour into oiled 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when touched slightly.

ICING:

In small bowl, combine:

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water

Pour over top and down sides of cake.
