PEANUT BUTTER - OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 1 c. butter, softened 1 c. peanut butter 2 eggs 2 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour 1 c. quick oats 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine first five ingredients; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press each with a fork. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Yield: 60-72 cookies. |
