2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring (as desired)

Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl. Beat 3 to 5 minutes until smooth. Tint as desired. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
