INSTANT POTATO SALAD 
Potatoes
1 sm. onion, minced, more to taste
Ranch-style salad dressing

Scrub potatoes. With skins on, microwave or boil potatoes until tender. When cool enough to handle, coarsely cut up cooked potatoes. Add onions and enough salad dressing to bind potatoes together. Serve warm as a side dish or chilled as a potato salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
