BACON PECAN TOSSED SALAD 
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
Salad greens
Diced celery
Tomatoes
Onion rings
1/4 c. broken pecans
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

In small skillet, cook bacon until crisp; saute pecans in bacon grease. Drain on absorbent paper. Meanwhile combine sour cream, chili sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.

In salad bowl arrange greens, celery, tomatoes and onions. Add bacon and pecans toss to blend. Add dressing and toss lightly.
