PORK CHOPS ZINGARA 
2 (4 oz.) pork chops
1/2 c. flour
2 oz. butter
4 med. mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. onion, julienned
1/2 c. ham, julienned
2 oz. butter
6 oz. heavy cream
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic

Saute mushrooms, onion, and ham in 2 ounce butter over low heat until onions are translucent. Add cream, pepper, and garlic. Simmer until thickened. Flour pork chops and saute in 2 ounces butter until golden brown and cooked through. Ladle sauce over top just before serving. Serves one.
