1 1/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1/4 c. cocoa
4 packets Equal sugar substitute
1 qt. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix non-fat dry milk with cocoa and Equal in a 1 1/2 quart heat-proof container. Add the boiling water and stir to mix. Stir in vanilla and serve.
