PEANUT BUTTER BUCKEYES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, 1/2 cup butter, vanilla, and salt. Roll into balls about the size of a quarter.

On top of double boiler or on a warming unit, melt the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter.

Pick each peanut butter ball up with a long toothpick and dip 3/4 of ball into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to set. Will keep up to 3 weeks in a cool place. Makes 5 dozen.
