HO - HO BARS 
1 chocolate cake mix

Mix according to directions. Pour into jelly roll pan or 2 (9 x 11 inch) pans.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat to mix and then add cooled milk and flour mixture and beat (with electric mixer) about 7 minutes. Spread on cooled cake.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Mix until bubbly, then 2 more minutes. Add 1 cup chocolate chips, beat until smooth. Spread over white layer. Cut into bars and refrigerate.
