ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. pkg. cooked spaghetti
1/2 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
2 lg. onions
1 green pepper
A few fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 can pitted black olives
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs

Cook onions, mushrooms and green pepper in butter. Add meat and brown. Mix with all ingredients. Put into buttered casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with crumbs for the last few minutes. Then shake on Parmesan cheese. Serves 12 to 14 people.
