CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. head cabbage
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook rice according to package directions. Remove leaves from cabbage and immerse in hot water. Mix cooked hamburger meat, milk and rice. Making small rolls, place meat in cabbage leaves and roll (secure with toothpicks). Pack cabbage rolls in slow cooker or large boiler and cover with tomatoes. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
