BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
4 c. blackberries
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. apple juice

In small mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar; stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to mixture alternately with milk. Turn mixture into greased 2 quart casserole (juices will bubble up). Top with blackberries; sprinkle with remaining sugar.

In saucepan, heat apple juice to boiling; pour over all. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serve warm. 6-8 servings.
