CHINESE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Mix eggs, flour and spices together. Make meatballs and roll in batter mixture. Fry in 3/4 cup oil until brown. Pour all but 1 tablespoon oil from pan.

SAUCE:

3 green peppers, diced
1 can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. white sugar

Add to oil, green pepper, pineapple and 1/2 cup chicken bouillon and cook until tender. Mix remaining ingredients and add remaining bouillon, cook until thick. Add meatballs. Simmer. Serve with rice.
