STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM | |
1 qt. strawberries 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1 packet Sure Jell Thoroughly crush strawberries. Add sugar, mix and let stand 10 minutes. Mix water and packet of Sure Jell in saucepan. Bring to boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir this into fruit and continue stirring for 3 minutes. Quickly put jam into containers and cover at once with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Then store in freezer. |
