CRANBERRY BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place skin side up in an ungreased baking pan. Pour cranberry juice over chicken. Bake, covered for 45 minutes. Uncover, continue baking 30 minutes until brown and tender. 296 calories per serving.

TIPS: For fewer calories, bake chicken in 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or 1 1/2 cups water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Other chicken pieces may be used.
