TENDERLOIN TIPS 
2 lb. cubed beef
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. pepper
Seasoning salt to taste
1 lg. can mushrooms and liquid
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Flour and brown meat. Mix together soup, water, Kitchen Bouquet, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add to meat with onion, carrot and celery. Add more water if needed. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until tender approximately 2 hours.
