SWEET AND CITRUS TENDERLOIN TIPS 
1 lb. beef tenderloin
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. powdered sage
1/4 c. minced parsley
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. honey
4 slices lemon
4 slices lime

Trim off all fat from meat and cut the meat into 2-inch chunks. Combine flour, salt and pepper, sage and parsley in a paper or plastic bag. Add tenderloin chunks and shake until coated. Heat oil, frying pan; saute onion until limp. Brown meat in pan after removing onions. Pour beef broth over meat stirring often.

Add sauce and honey. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Add lemon and lime slice. Cover and cook for 1 hour until meat is tender.
