KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 chopped onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Jalapenos (optional)
1 can chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken
1 dozen corn tortillas
Chopped green peppers
Chili powder

Saute onion. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, soup, cheese, broth, and chicken. Layer this liquid mixture with tortillas, about 3 layers each. Cook at 350 degrees for one hour. You may add chopped green pepper, chili powder, and jalapenos if desired to make it extra spicy. You may also add a last layer of shredded cheese if desired. Serves 8 to 12.
