LOW CALORIE SALAD 
1 sm. box of orange jello (sugar free)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 sm. carton sour cream or cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. marshmallow
1 can mandarin oranges (cut up, save juice)
1/4 c. marchino cherries (halved, save juice)
1 c. boiling water
11/2 c. nuts (chopped)
1/2 c. sugar or low calorie sweetener

Dissolve jello in hot water. Take reserved juices and make 1 cup of liquid and add to jello mixture. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients and chill until firm. carton of cottage cheese.

Makes large bowl if doubled. Nice for church and family gatherings. Keep well in refrigerator.
