1 (8 oz.) manicotti (840)
1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat, 8 x 25 (200)
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese, 15 x 25 (375)
2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, 8 x 60 (480)
1 egg, 2 x 45 (90)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. spaghetti sauce, 4 x 90 (359)

Total calories 2344. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water, drain and arrange in single layer to fill. Meanwhile mix ricotta and Mozzarella cheese, crabmeat, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spoon mixture into manicotti shells, using at least 1/3 cup per shell. Place filled manicotti shells in a single layer in a "Pammed (butter flavor) " 10 x 14 inch baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over manicotti shells. Sprinkle remaining cheese, bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 servings. Makes 8 - 5 x 3.5 x 1.5 inch servings at 293 calories per serving.
