SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
6 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown sausage, break up bread into pieces, break eggs. Layer sausage, bread and cheese starting with bread. Mix beaten eggs, milk, seasonings. Pour over bread, sausage or cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees until puffed and brown.
